In this case we talk about a sparkling wine, different from spumante for its simple perfumes and the product structure. Technically, sparkling wine is always produced with fermentation in autoclave but must not exceed 2,5 bar pressure. This is the classic wine to be kept in the fridge to pop the cork to greet a guest. Suitable as aperitif or as table wine combined with simple dishes.
Pale yellow colour has also greenish highlights. The fresh scent reminds apple and white flowers.
The taste is delicate with a light sparkle.
The bottle is closed with a very practical crown cork.
