White sparkling wine, characterized by natural bottle fermentation also known as “col fondo” or French “sur lie”. We want to evoke in your memory the wine that our grandparents used to drink when the machineries for sparkling process did not exist.
The wine obtained is dry, fruity, harmonious, with a slightly bitter after-taste, turbid and with a light deposit of yeasts in the bottom of the bottle.
